Thanks for reply, Redhawk. I´m one of three commanders of FUN (MagicMan, SierraMike and Joggl) to see at http://friendssquad.proboards43.com/. Ghost and me sometimes, Phaser very often start a server. We would be glad if you can tell us how to stop hacked weapons without AE.
I´ve sent a message to Inso with a screenshot of the EFAM bug. Anyway it was a very hard work of Inso and we should honour it! I´m crossing my fingers for fixing the problems.

Yes, INSO has been a great help to all of us in C4. I know these things have to be worked out. It happens in all programing. I thank him for his work and help. And as I say look forward to the next version.

A report on what I have noticed so far with AE1040!!
Thanks to you the “HOT GUNS” issue with the game has now been fixed!!
The effam bug has been fixed too, but unfortunately if you fly along then decide to drop your effam's (to get some where quickly) then you will be caught by the effam bug cheat warning!! Giving the impression to all in the server that you cheat!!
Also there is another serious issue that has arisen recently about the effam bug cheat. But I will have contact you separately about that. Or if I put it here then it would be a way for cheaters to easily cheat at the game again!!
And im sure we all don’t want that!!

Correct, RB. I have to check for the nurfs.
BUT: It happened without an in game status message, so I thought AE didn´t detect the EFAM bug in that case. Like SoDam said, I will NOT make it public here how it works. A message including a Screenshot has been send to Inso.
@SoDam: AE Version 2040 doesn´t fix the "hotgun" issue. I was killed in FUN server by a hotgun running AE 2040. Crossing my fingers for finishing version 52.
Addition: I just checked for the EFAM bug without the game status message displayed. The last 12 stingers are nerfs, so AE still fixes the bug and I was wrong!

The Host manager is the program that makes the last 12 stingers nerfs, not AE1040. You need to remember you have 2 different programs that are monitoring the Efamm bug if running Host Manager. Host manager does not warn of efam bug it just makes all stingers except the number that will fit in bays nerfs. AE1040(that is the version everyone is running) warns of efam bug and ALL stingers are nerfs, not just some. If there is no warning then you have been caught with Host manager. Host manager also does tag you if you drop efams before shooting a stinger as AE1040 does. Host manager catches efam bug at spawning not after spawning.

Right after spawning is the only time you should have to check for the efam bug. At least from what I've seen the only time a player can trigger it is right after respawning or refarping. Maybe it would be possible for Inso to add a timer so that after so many seconds after leaving the farp it would stop checking a player for the efams. Not sure if that would be possible or not but it sounds like a good idea.

I have tested AE with and without running the host manager. The last 12 stingers were nerfs in every case. The warning message about the EFAM bug of AE is not displayed in every case.
Anyway the host manager makes hosting a game much more comfortable and I don´t like to miss it.

I've been running the AE1040 and the Host Manager at the same time and havent had any major problems with them. Theres an occasional false call on being 8H or saying a person used a hacked cannon but there noy very often. And with all the modded weapons people feel the need touse now days I think thats a minimal problem to deal with. It would be nice to have the AE1052 and be able to put a stop to the hot guns though.

The hot gun fix would be worth more to me than anything else right now. Anything that can be done without changing files seems to be ok to many, but things being stock were everyone is on a level field, so that when I lose a dogfight at least I know I was the less skilled would make me feel better

LOL Just knowing that another player feels the need for an advantage makes me feel better. But I know what you mean. I went in a server the other day and was killed 3 times on my base before I ever had a chance to get my loadout changed. It also makes me wonder. Just how good are the real good pilots out there if all those advantages were taken away. I know my game wouldn't change.
