First, does the sysdump happen on every map you try to host/play... including the stock missions?
Second, what type of Mode are you attempting to host/play... SP, Co-Op, DM, FB, KOTH, etc.?
Answers to these questions might narrow the sysdump problem for the Moderators.
Oh, he wants to fix his sysdumps - I was trying to figure out if I was dumb because he was having them.
Hey Victoria, next time you have that sysdump, just send that sysdump.txt file in your TFD folder to Novalogic. I'm sure they will give you a prompt and knowledgable response.
LOL syst dumps happen in all the newer nova games. doest matter what card you have of what ur pc specs are. Nova will tell you its some type of conflick prob BS.
I think its the way the game relays info. There a certain times ur more likly to get 1 than others. They prob don't even know what causes it or wont tell us.
I know this is an old post but here's my 2 cents anyway.
I downloaded a program that allowed me to reprogram my windows key. Specifically I just wanted to turn it off because it's next to the ctrl key and I use that alot in DFBHD and I kept hitting the win key instead which dumped me back to my desktop. Anyway that program (called WinKey) was causing the SYSDUMP seconds after I'd get into a game. Had to stop using it but I had to also go in and clear my NL/BHD/cache folder and eveything was back to normal.
Sysdump errors are wide range and not only are they newer problems they are old problems. We've had discussions on the subject several times. There’s no solid solution for these problem and NL refuses to acknowledge most of our replies to the subject. So you’re not alone and if anyone can come up with the ultimate solutions to sysdump errors then by all means, pass them along to us.
Sysdump errors aren’t the problem...they only specify there is a problem and in that text file somewhere holds the information that just might help solve the problem.
When looking for information on such an error please try to include what the error says, who knows if that might help in getting a better solution.
BTW, I suggest next time you post a question its probably best not to start off with "come on you all dumb" might make the difference in getting an intelligent answer over sarcasm.
Lol you're right Charger not a good way for someone looking for help to start of a post and since you mentioned it I took a look in that text file once. Man that's stuff only a geek would love.
I lucked out a fixed mine by thinking back about what else I'd done to my PC in the last 24 hours.
