    BHD mod

    k if i want to make a charactor where do i extract the .PFF files from? And all i do is insert the bacth file in right?

    I think what you are trying to do is a give and take situation. Meaning, that if you want to 'give' the game a new character, you will have to 'take' one of the other characters out of action. I do not think it is possible to simply put in a brand new character. All attributes, except appearance, will be the same as the replaced character.

    If what you mean is that you wish to change the face of one of the characters - the files you wish to change are the .dds files - located in the resource.pff file.

    In addition, any file tampering - except for bms files or WAC files - might ( I say might ) send alarms to nova's servers,
    so be sure to keep an unmodified file somewhere, just in case you find yourself suddenly booted everytime you join a server.

    when i try to install the directx tool to view .dds files it says error and i need to install the sdk directX.

    k now what

    i am downloading the SDK, then what files will be the charactors faces in the resource.PFF file . And then i open with the SDK, color the face, and they save right?

    well

    evebn after i installed SDK the DDS file viewer has errror and says i cant view the file being change but can still alter it?
