That was very sweet of you to set up a Forum String for the Cadets on DFA...
Your daughter, Groovy Chick, seems like a kewl kid, Old Fox.
It appears that some of that pink goo was destined for better things and didn't go to waste, eh?
P.S. Probably a good idea to block this Forum from her access... especially the Ladies' and Mens' Rooms!

Just had to pull all the war games from my 9 year old's computer...seems he's becoming a little ruff with the other kids in school latly. Maybe we parent's should rethink what we're allowing our little one's to play on the PC. His favorite game's are Delta Force LW, Rogue Spear and Sum Of All Fears...hmmm...I agree with Ed on the old enough.
To many weird-os on here to let my little girl come in LH
How can PC games affect your kids behaviour no i don't agree with that at all ?
You just don't want to share the PC and the kids all ways play better than you !!
If you really feel that way Ladyhawke, you're not doing your job very well.Originally posted by LadyHawke

What event or events has alerted you to the need for an isolated and protected area for children ? Too numerous to name ? Then why provide isolation only the children and not yourself also ? Hmmm... And who is watching those who are watching ?
This is beginning to remind me of the proverbial ' Go ahead, eat...'
Whoa... My P.S. to Oldfox was just a joke! I probably should have typed J/K (just kidding) instead of using a bug-eyed smiley at the end of the post.Originally posted by Sentinel

[How can PC games affect your kids behaviour ] voloient games de sensitise kids to the point where they forget the differance between right and wrong . and they end up carrying out what they do in a gm in real life . granted this only covers a minority of kids but still. violent society's {ie} cartoons games and life in general do tend to spawn violent ppl .Originally posted by OLDFOX

[ie] monkey see monkey do and if you think im wrong just take a day and watch kid's watch how they act around the parents then how they are alone . some kids act just as bad in front as behind thier parents .

I agree to a point
If your child is easly influenced then yes i agree
So shouldn't it be the parents responsibility with each individuall child .

OK ED
But i still wouldn't let my daughter come here theres still tomany strange PPL in here.
( And i'm only joking Sentinel )
Either way, Old Fox your idea was a sound one. A safe place for the young DF players to chat and talk about KID things. Whether we believe in kids playing DF or not we should support the idea if not to promote safe online viewing for our kids. My 2 Cents.
