I cant use my command prompt key to ~resetgames ((

I have tried mapping the key to a button on the stick and no results.

The key does not give me a tilde, it gives me this ° a degree sign, is it because im using my keyboard in french language ?? (dont think so )

It is very anoying when you cant restgames while hosting a server (( or even worst to punt someone on your server even if he his still murdering you without stopping ))
