    C4MED for DF2

Does anyone know who made the C4MED for DF2?
The "Absolute Value" feature doesn't quite work correctly.
You can perfectly align items, but when you export and convert for DF2, the items aren't quite aligned...
I have a feeling its because the C4MED is "smoothing" the 8bit DF2 heightmap, but I don't know for sure, or how to fix it.
Also, I notice the C4MED displays "compressed" color and heightmaps, where the smallest pixel is 2M in size, rather than 1M as in the DF2MED.

Is there ANYONE out there who would be willing to attempt a fix?

Thanks for the reply... I already have. In fact the page owner is a member of DF2 Reunion on Facebook.

Nobody there was able to help, either.
