Help! w/C4Get Player Manager

I installed, then uninstalled the program.
Rolled back my original files that the program changed.
I still get a screen when I launch C4 that says "GPP Active"
How do you get rid of that?

Any help would be welcomed!

Solved my problem!
Delete file called d3d8.dll The splash screen no longer comes up & everything works....
