Thanks again Reap. I'll let you know if it works once I get a chance to check it...

Still no luck. I was thinking about the connection, and where it is trying to connect to. Can you tell me if this looks correct?

IP address for ftp.novaworld.com is: $1A004348

I pulled that out of one of the files in the main folder...

Hey Sparrow go to your c4 folder and click your startup.htm and see if you can login that way.

Re: Alright, what do I need?

    Update:

I've managed to get one out of three computers working so that I can access the servers. I even got to play for a few minutes before I got a sysdump error and gave it up for the nite.

Unfortunately, the computer that is working is not the one that I want to use for this game. Now, here's the weird part. I even tried copying the entire Comanche 4 folder from the computer that works, and pasted it into the folder on one of the computers that don't work. Game ran fine, but still could not connect. The only major difference between the two computers is the OS (Vista is working, XP is not working).

I even tried shutting off the firewall, but made no difference. All of these were installed from the same game CD, and all received the same update patch. And, strangest of all, I've played the game on all of these systems in the past. Weird!

Reaper, I did not see an email from you that had any links... But I don't think that would help me anyway, since I've already swapped files around between the working and non-working systems. Thanks anyway.
