Where do we stand on getting this off to Nova? What is the plan for contacting them? Do we have a POC to speak or write to that will resond? Sorry, I just have not seen these questions answered...

Also, I wish for a capture the flag type of game, where you have to return it to your base to score a point.
The flag then re-spawns at WP1 and the action starts all over again!

I liked the version you wrote earlier. There are links and information for contact at the Novaworld forums and the company address.
These are the nova people that answer questions, work for Nova and check the forums, they can be messaged from their profile pages.

You should post the petition some time next week, then everyone needs to log in and post to it. Once thats done the players should wait a few days for everyone to sign, Then send a message to Wupass, The Kyle, ravenn, EvilMaker and NLMarketing by going to thier personal pages to send a short note saying I signed the petition and in the Comanche 4 section so they read it.
Once thats done I will copy the thread and mail it to the company address in Agoura Hills, Ca

We, the worldwide members of the Comanche 4 Gaming Community, hereby petition Novalogic Inc. for a new/updated Comanche game program to replace/update our favorite game of all time… Comanche 4.PETITION
Since the release of Comanche 4 in 2001, many of us have spent untold hours learning all aspects of the games’ operation, its files, and its limits, to create some very masterful maps, scenery, and tactical engagements, but we are now at the end of what we can do, because we have reached the limits of what the game can do. We have supported C4 this long, because we enjoy the game, the battles, the tactics, the flying, and above all, the friends and friendships we have made over the years. Now, it’s time for Nova to step up and show us that our efforts to keep this game alive all these years have not been in vain.
We need a new, updated game or new version of C4, with the latest Graphics Engine, more capacity for creating weather (snow, rain, etc), more choices for map making, like new scenery and terrain options, new weapons and loading options, new aircraft coloring, updated video quality (preferably HD), and overall game performance enhancements to bring it up to Nova’s current standards for gaming performance.
Comanche 4, as we see it, was Nova’s Flagship Game. The one game that got Nova recognized, and the one that all other Nova games (since) have been created from. Now, it’s Comanche 4’s turn to be updated, to once again shine as Nova’s Flagship Helicopter Combat Sim.
Our members are standing-by to provide input and do testing at your convenience. We have websites, commercial and private game servers, VOIP, and many other communication or game server options, available for your use. We have map designers, mission planners, and plenty of top notch, computer smart guys and gals, who would love to assist you in any way they can.
Our central point of contact for this effort is at www.checkpointdelta.net under Comanche 4. There, you will find many discussions on this topic and many suggestions for the new version.

Use the section so the trolls wont hyjack the petition.
Once the petition is posted all players need to log in and sign it. wait 2 days so everyone gets a chance then spam the links I posted.
