Unknown problem

I started a new map and when I went to go and play to get a look at it. Well I took some screen shots. Can any one tell me what's doing this.

In the General Information box, you might have Night boxed checked.

I can only guess that this is a Night Vision option that is not available in Comanche 4.

The circle is the dead give away...nightvision.
