Help My Friend Join C4!!

hiya!! first post XD

anyways, my friend wants to join c4.... one BIG problem :/
his mum wont let him buy a disk :S and no shops sell it, is there a place to download it or somat? and use the no-cd thing on it?
hes tried the demo and LOVES it, but he uninstalled it after the 60 mins ran out
any ideas?
