    Unhappy DDS to jpg and jpg to dds

    On all People I search you Help by my Problem. i have for any Time Lost a DDS Tool, with this DDS Tool could I the DDS Files Convert to jpg and with Poweshop Editing, and the Editing File back to the DDS Format convert, who can help me
