I've been trying to change my Avatar to this one but i can't get it to work could a mod get it to work for me please .

you don't need to use the
[img][/img] tags for your avatar, just if you use a pic for a sig

the reason is that "http://dfarena.com/phpBB2/images/avatars/d569468e36731c0338.jpg" is a bad link. you are using "http://dfarena.com/phpBB2/images/avatars/d569468e3dee6731c0338.jpg" at dfa currently

i just used "http://checkpointdelta.net/forum/sigs/oldfoxavatar.jpg"
