After all these years the graphics, still make the game worth playing. I still play now and then, Sometimes I put a koth server up other times it is dm. I stopped playing any thing but 1 hit version 1.5 with macros turned off along time ago. When I run the server I still get complaints about version 1.5 from some players, Who even with 1 hit settings are not willing to turn thier macros off. So I take a minute to explain why they should, sometimes they turn them off other times they don't. C4, well whats left of it will never have enough anti cheat to protect the honest players. That boat sailed a long ago. The few guys who were willing to spend the time to program and help the community where all ran off by the community it self. To much bickering and bs.
That leaves players 2 options either uninstal the game and don't play or decide what type of game is fun for you, get some like minded players and put a server up. When someone comes in and is cheating or wont play by the rules you want to use then punt, or ban them.
The truth is the only way to controle the game is with a server who is present
and can keep the game protected.

The Reason I added the last part of this post is simple:
No matter how many cheats, ass hats, and just plain dumb asses you run in to playing C4. The good has always out numberd the bad. You just don't see it because it isn't in your face making you angry. But it has always been there. Your game has had something new added to it in the last few weeks with the mod Zac released. With that said find some players you like to game with and play.
