lol i guess not, a static testbed , means a test area that is not mobile, lol your kicking youreslf now arent you Anthony,

Thing like this means bums like Saddam etc don't have a chance, not that he would anyway lol. I know in the gulf war that a lot of the scuds he fired at israel got shot down but some did get through, now it's just a case of zap , zap zap and bobs your uncle.
