Argus Anti-Cheat

Hey if anyone can tell me where i can get a toggle to turn argus on and off that would be great.

I'm not very familure with Argus but from what I have read I don't think theres a way to actually toggle it on and off, is it server side controled? Question is why would you want to toggle it off?

Well i have heard you can togglr it off and my reason is due to the fact i think it crashes some servers.
