    sound files

How do you add the sound files to a mission?
Is is just an event you have to add? Are the
wav files used in game already useable with
    right setup?

You must remember to specify the game you’re referring to in order to get accurate information to your question.

    This is for dialog:
For Comanche 4 you can download a file from downloads this site called “ADDING SOUND DIALOGS TO YOUR C4 MAPS”

For Task Force Dagger would be “a TFD Wav dialog listing”

    For wave files:
If your referring to the wav files listed in the editor then you would place them on your map as you would a waypoint marker or item. The sound will then be heard in the mission.

and dflw is othellos dialog wav player . now if tis for c4 this process is very time consumeing and is best to have your sky fog and weather so on in general info to be compleate . before you add the singel mission wavs to the map . so if its the c4 singel mission dialog wav's your after i would personally do this . like i said above set up the general info for map the way you want it . now do your singel mission dialog wav's . this way there is nothing on the map and when you open the .mis in note pad to edit the dialog wav's you'll find them very easy . to set up the dialog wavs place a trigger box w/2 erea triggers #rd the same # like 1 for the 1st dialog wav . they erea triggers must cintain 2 erea triggers w/same # ie{ 1, 2, 3 so on } for each erea trigger box . set up the events for the dialog wav's and when your all done setting everything up . save export and exit. now go to main c4 folder and find the .mis for said map open it in note pad and follow the instruction's for adding dialog wav's g/l if its for C4 . if you for some reason you open the general info box for the map after the dialog wav's are set up you will have to redo the open .mis process all over again srry way that 1 is . w/dflw and tfd its different no edito in note pad its done from w/in 1 of the unlocked editors out there g/l buddy

The sound files I was inquiring about
are for DF2. The ones used in the game
by novalogic should be triggerable some
way since they are already in the program
shouldn't they. I have all the novalogic
games also just started making maps when
I iron out all the bugs I will post mission for
play and feedback would be very helpful
    for improvement
