    Not that easy I am afraid if you mean the ones along the top on your website (ie home and forum) then no as this site is a template and is subject to copyright (also its very difficult to work with someone elses template as you have to get it exactly right down to the pixel, if you want buttons down the side (where you have mission/history etc) then you would have to play around with the html to get them to fit.
