Continued V20 Download
G'day all...I have now obtained a new C4 CD-ROM which is V.20 But it doesnt allow the NO DISK version, Is there anyway of running this disk without running this disk, If you know what I mean? I have tried installing the "NO DISK" download but I cant get it to work. If it does with the new version CD?

If you are using the fixed exe for version 2 it should work. There are 2 fixed exes for version 2, one will let you use the game type utility. both let you play with no cd.

are you guys liking it ? is that the demo or final version. How do you like it vs bf1942 ? I heard people can fly ? Are you going to still keep the DIE website ? Do I ask too many questions ? lol
You gotta love Joint ops. I like it as much as C4. We played the demo untill the full version came out and both of us picked it up the first day of release. It has vehicels But the helos are toned way down compaired to C4 or BF. But you can feel the C4 there any way. They are for transport and troop support more than for attacking. The game was designed for team work more than any other game you will see. The demo will give a good idea about the game play. And no I didn't care for BF all that much. Not knocking it. Just not my taste so to speak. Shadow does the die site, I do the C4 information. I have no intention of removing the info site. I think new players still can use it. I still wear DIE tags when I play C4, But have not played more than a few times a week over the last few months. Most of us have moved to other games. But I still get a game of C4 in now and then. Jo will have stats like BHD does, Were just waiting for Nova to start the stat servers. They don't prove much I don't think but you get rank and medals awarded to your player. That's kind of cool. Nova all so set the game up so you don't need a fixed exe to play the full version.It will play with no cd in the drive. If any one liked BHD and doesn't mind vehicles balanced to the foot soldier try the demo. That's the best way to see if you like the game type. Ask to much LOL you jabber away like I do man.
