SCREENSHOTS:
At the point you want to take screenshot press (PrintScreen) key.
What the printscreen key does is actually copys what ever is on the screen and saves it to something like clipboard.
If you have anything like mspaint, paint, photoshop, paintshop, etc, you open that program and you can now paste your screenshot and then save it.
