Keyboard Commands

Hi,

I just got the jewel case only version of Comanche 4 and even though it has a guide book it doesn't have a printed listing of the keyboard commands..

I've tried looking for it but can't find anywhere on the net.

I know most of them by looking at the remap under "Options" but it would be nice to have a printed copy to look at (don't need a keyboard overlay just a printed list).

If someone could post it and I'll copy, past & print it, that would be great.
