why is it in the new map i'm making.that when i put people in the map and you kill them. it gives u a kill in the game. i have them set neutral in the map c4 mission editor settings.

Could you be a little more specific?
If you set your personnel to neutral there shouldn’t be a targeting lock on them so the question is are you just picking them off free gunning?
If you have the neutral player set to a group and have the group set to a mission success event then they will be counted in the kill ratio, regardless if they are neutral or not. Neutral (Green) person would give you a kill under friendlys at the end of the game.
