How do you make those things ?

I really like to know ho you al make those things.

I use fireworks and photoimpact
And the sig i use is the best i can with it
I want to make sigs like chad !
would you help me ? please ?

I not that good at sigs i only use paint shop pro 7 and animation shop 3

is there a sig of mine you have seen ? if so i will you how i made it
