I've heard that by keeping your gear down your passive shots will "hunt" better and at a greater distance.....dont know if thats true or not...never tried it!
Blue and Rab I tried both of those, they don't seem too work for me. Maybe I have some thing wrong with my computer :waving.gif:
GarretJax thanks I thought maybe you where trying to tell me some thing, becouse I do leave them down a lot for hunting and passive shots and farping is a lot faster too you don't have to put them down again and if you land on water you don't sink. lol
I was always told to raise my gear because it reduced my overall profile to enemy radar. I didnt know about the sinking thing in water, lol, I know Ive shot at pilots (not you) that have been hovering at the water line and it seems I cant always get a kill, using the water to cool their heat signature so the stingers wont track. Hell, I tried it I just sink, LMAO!! So I just keep moveing, stafing and shooting passive on a water map.
Sorry that was a joke in responce to GarretJax's post, the only thing leaving your gear down is make you a bigger target, yes I sink in the water just like every one else does. I just forget to put my gear up at times.
LOL I just wonder how many people read that and then went out and sank in the water not realizing it was a joke.
