Help!!
I have a small problem I wonder if anyone can help?
I have two PC’s both running XP one main/fixed the other one a portable laptop that’s using a wireless internet connection, supplied by my wireless router a (dynamode BR-6004 W-G1).
Both PC’s can use the all in one printer and can see (on the network) any memory card plugged in to the All in one.
The problem is that the two PC’s can’t see each other on the network, even when I have turned off all firewalls.
Any one got any ideas?

Re: Help!!
Both PCS need to have the same work group name, run the home network setup wizard and then check if they see each other.

Re: Help!!
When file sharing in XP, After running the network wizard you should find a shared folder to use. To share other folders you need to set the properties to allow sharing for any folder you want to share.
Sometimes there can be a firewall issue and you need to add all the inside network addresses assinged by the router for each PC that will share files.
Now a little about file sharing between XP and Vista:
The default work group names are not the same to share between vista and XP make sure you rename the work group name the same on each pc you will share with.
