exploding at start of some missions

I've got a problem with several Comanche 4 - fanmissions.

My helicopter always explodes at the very beginning of those missions, in which I seem to start on constructions (rather
than on the ground) - like 'stargate', 'borg',
'Sudden Death', etc.

I looked at the Borg and Stargate maps. It appears the spawn points are placed to close to the platform. When that happens the player ends up spawning to low. I did take a little damage when I spawned but I didn't explode.
Unfortunaly the only way I know of to fix that would be to have Mosk i to edit his mis files and resubmit the maps.

I'm just wondering, if I'm the first and only one,
having this problem, since I couldn't find any info here.

Many of these missions work, when I turn off 'heavy rotor damage' in the option-menus.
