Response to Update issues

Dear All

Firstly, we apologize for not letting you know the details of the update BEFORE the update went live. We planned to make an announcement, but it was delayed for various reasons and we weren't able to put one up. The KEY changes were posted when the single file update was put up on www.novalogic.com. For those of you who haven't seen this list check out the 'updates' section on the home page.

Secondly, we are aware of certain issues that the update has caused and we are working on them. We are also drawing up an FAQ for you all to explain what is going on.

Thirdly we are reading through your responses to certain gameplay features that have been changed and while we can not promise we'll change anything, we are looking through the comments you are posting and we'll address anything that is NOT working properly for the overall gameplay experience we intended. We know a lot of you loved the way the old Joint Ops worked, but the updates were seriously needed and while you may not like them initially I think you'll get used to them and enjoy the game a whole lot more in the future.

So on behalf of NovaLogic, we apologize again for not releasing info about the update features sooner and please bear with us while we look into issues and read your feedback.
