As of 1st March I stopped smoking! was not going to say out to anyone incase i failed,But seems like i'm gonna do it as 1st 48hrs was the hardest.
25 years of smoking last 10 years 40 aday and just stopped with no aids just went cold turkey.
Just thought i'll share that with you :)

I stopped 2 years ago and was smoking 2 packs a day for the last 12 years.

It is very much a mind over matter, I quit cold turkey and now cant stand the nasty smell of cigs. LOL, I hate what I used to smell like. If you feel yourself sliding DONT. You can make it.
Though I have a pack on the desk,I don't smoke! I just light'em up and watch them burn down to the filter! It satisfies my pyromania! :freak3: :shocked2:
