They blow up *before* the missile arrives!

This is probably old hat to u Comanche 4 people on here but i just kinda noticed it and woz wondering if anyone had a solution.

When I fire a Stinger missile at an enemy helicopter the bad guys chopper explodes as soon as u launch the missile! (The bogey explodes before the missile even reaches it)

So to down a Hokum u just aqquire it and fire, ure missile dont need to reach it even :P

Handy when u want to get rid of baddies but a fix would be good to make it a tad more realistic hee hee.

Thats the stargest thing I've heard. Almost wish I had that problem, would make haveing to actually chase enemy helo's down but still not very realistic. Is it just helo's or any enemy object you target?:cool2:

Yea its wierd! It only occurs with the Stinger missile and enemy *helicopter* targets (the airplanes and drones need to be hit to be downed).

All other targets and weapons don't exhibit this strange behaviour...

Its a bit funny specially when u encounter a bunch of baddies flying around and u just kinda aim generally in their direction. Your missiles have'nt even left their launch rails and the enemy choppers are dropping like flies!

Like u said...its a bit of a laugh but u miss the missile tracking all the way to a target and then watch it get wasted :o)

Out of curiousity did you try re-installing the game?

I remember when bhd demo came out (1st demo) that was kinda funny! may of been my old machine but all the enermy projected a black line so i knew where they were hehe
