I know this may sound stupid and nooby, but... i never knew what a teleport marker was used for until now, atleast i think i know whats it used for now..
they do neat affects right???
how do i use em? i put in a few and put just any old affect but couldnt see anything....

Depending on which game you’re talking about, I'll take this as BHD.
First of all you set the teleport marker where you want it on your map.
Second you highlight the marker and then open its "Item Attributes" menu and in the box to the right hand side, in the "Particle Effects" Box chose the desired effect that you want.
Then set up and event to trigger the particle effect, something like this...
Event(0)
If ssn10000 is within area 7
Create Particle Effect at teleport target 1
Thus creating an effect in the general area you placed the teleport marker.
This is one varation on how to use the marker.
If your still having a hard time understanding this I suggest you read the manual to get a better idea of what the marker does or check back here for other information.:cool2:
sounds like bhd but could C4 if so i belive it's same same . read the teleport tutorial in the sticky at top of map editing . there is your basic's for the teleporting . now the effects some work some dont and only the host will see the effect if this is for m/p maps :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :flames: 1 day soon i will compose a list of what effects work and what dont for bhd
