Comanche 4 Translation Problem - Plz help!

I have a problem: I wanna make a complete translation of Comanche 4, but I can't make correct editing of *.bin files.
How can I editing of them without character restrictions? Is there any - especially for Comanche 4 - Bin file Editor?

[Edited on 7/10/03 by Edward] .:i2k:. well buddy i dont like to admit this BUT there are only a few df god's who know how to edit the .bin file's and they arent telling a soul ive tried myself . i wanted to export amoured fist3 items into dflw . DV of terranova-exp.com and devil'sclaw of dfbhddk they be the 1's who know and they wont tell any1 because they wont be so special anymore lol j/k . the game would have a zillion mod's for it and that wouldnt be very good in my eye's srry buddy
