Shot in the face with a rubber bullet. What kind of distance do you have to be at to get a welt like that.. Man that looks freeking painfull.

ArchAngel I seem to be the resident cop here so here goes.... The shells (shotgun) contain 9 rubber pellets. They are most effective at close range 15-20 yds at the most. After that the pellets start to spread and get away from the largest available mass (torso) They then can end up striking the face. If it hit her juggular it could've killed her. It's called Less Lethal!!!
