I wanted to make some kind of MOD for c4, with Ka-50 as playable chopper, I've replaced comanche's 3di by hokum's 3di. The heli flyes, but the weapons are unusable. Whad should i do? Can i get somewhere 3di editor for c4, or i have to replace/edit some other files?

I dont think there is an 3di editor outside of novalogic..

The models (skins) used the player are coma2.3di & the coma2x.3di.
The models used for other players are coma3.3di & coma3x.3di.

So if you take for instance, the n747.3di and the n747x.3di
and copy them to the comanche 4 root with the names mentioned above e.g.

copy n747.3di "c:\Program files\novalogic\comanche 4\coma2.3di "
and the same for:
copy n747.3di coma3.3di
copy n747X.3di coma2X.3di
copy n747X.3di coma3X.3di

launch using /d in the command line

Now you will be flying 747 (3 person view) and so will any other player you see. They will see you as a Comanche.
The weapons do work in multiplayer but you cant see them.
1rst person & cockpit views are unchanged except for the others which will appear to be flying 747's.
Because the way the software works this will not cause other players to sysdump.
I've submitted a utility that does all the above for you with about 10 different vehicles, to the CPD mods dept. a couple of days ago. I 'll let them decide if they want to post it or not.

Modding the Choppers in Commanche has been 'taboo' since I can remember. The visual advantage of loading your opponents into a jumbo jet seems unfair to me.

Yes I got your mod. However, I'm not convinced that the mod is not a 'cheat' - so to speak. I'm not accusing you of cheating Bane... it is just that I think the community, not me, should decide whether or not they want to be flying around in a target the size of a jumbo jet (visually anyways) since your mod gives all opponents to the person with the installed mod no choice - after it is installed.
