Didnt like the fact that custom maps dont display mission name in top right of hud. And really disliked not being able to name WP's correctly, esp TDM Bases. This resolves that.

The version which fixed the scoring was never released, or posted for download. When I first created it the only person who showed an interest in using it, or more on point could use it without creating more issues and bigger problems was Viper. To date he is the only person that had recieved the scoreing release. I had a post in the C4 dis. section back when I did this asking for feedback/input from the masses (is missing now, am thinking it was removed on the last cleanup) at that time it seemed most didnt agree with modifing the score in game, and those that liked the idea could not agree or decide on what to change it too, and using it for open servers or matches only never got hashed out either. As it turned into a bigger issue then the scoring method used by the game, I just let it fade away!! The goal was to make things better and this seemed to make them worse at the time!

Probably one of the biggest mistakes Novalogic did for scoring was to not give an option to make splash damage a score.

That's the whole reason why people would say 'I made that kill, but it didn't score' - it's because the person didn't make a direct hit - it was only something like hitting flares or an object nearby.

Is that modifiable in someway or is that deeply embedded in the code of the game?

I agree m8 , but having said that , we need a better version of what nova seems to be using , I hate the fact that sometimes you get killed (counts as kill for them , death for u) and then get hit for a suicide ?? (resulting in another point being taken from your score) so loosing two points ,this isnt good , id prefer to have no score fix than , getting counted twice , that just sux

Allows the host to switch between Serv only and Serv and play without stopping the server, just cycling to the next map.
