In the mission editor for DF2 how do i go about adding sounds.I seen other posts on this but i seen in the pff file under wav sounds one called ANNOY.WAV which is the one i want to use.I want to be able to set up a air raid siren and when the area is triggered for this sound to go off.I have managed to do almost everything there is to do in the editor from making penquins walk into a base and blow buildings to making commy kozzy ttruck drivers and ai's do the same but still am unable to figure out this sound thing.

RgR i understand the sound files in that section and have used them before they are all verbal.Sorry for the confusion what i'm looking for is audio files which are located in the df2 original installation.And or even a program that i can use to open the following files dfdlgcs , dfdlgsm and dfdlgcv which are also a set of wav files located with in the df2 game along the side of the one you mentioned above.If i could get these to open maybe i can find what i;'m looking for in there and if i do get these opened i'll post the wav sounds that come with each to share with others.Thx for your help

extract the .pwf file(s) from your game .pff file & use this tool to extract/play the individual wav files

k fworavens pff_7extractor here at CPD's dflw dnld's pg2 . this will open all them pff files in df2 lw tfd armoured fist3
f22 lighting3 probally C4 and bhd also g/l
