Where can i download the map editor!? o-O

OK, i've got a problem. When i buy the Delta Force 10th ANNIVERSARY COLLECTION, i downloaded the Delta Force Black Hawk Down Team Sabre. But i don't know how to open the map editor. Some people say that it is on the CD, but is it only when you buy the Team Sabre game on CD and it's not included in 10th Anniversary collection? :traurigbncry.gif: And where are you in when you open the map editor? Or do you must download it, and i case where do i download it!?
