Using dialog editor to add sound

I did every thing the manual said. I have 3 files and I added to sound file to it

1.wav
2.wav

I added the *.dbf file name in the general information page. and added the play dialog in my *.mis file. and nothing happens

Please, any ideas.

and I see on the "List Properties" character (DF3) and so I take it that that does matter. I'm trying to install on C4 not DF3
