As the staff here is painfully aware - budget concerns have taken their toll. Recently CPD staff were required to take a pay cut - accepting a 50% reduction in salary. Although they did not complain, I appreciate their dedication and decision to stay with us in these hard times.

It is obvious that we are not the only institution forced to make such hard decisions - as evidenced in this photo.

Andre is getting ready to be laid off......
