Adding Sounds and Wave Files to TFD

Can anyone tell me how to either modify or add additional wave files or sounds to the "d_dailog.dbf" file? Can I create my own *.dbf full of wave files for extra verbage during game play? I'd rather just add to the original, but either way will work I guess, any ideas?

it's not a big deal to do, but it would only be a local mod unless everyone else playing the map had the mod installed.

look for DV's dialog editor in the downloads area.

also, unless you have a decent recording studio & voice talent, you may not be so happy with the results.
