TxpGone3D (http://www.txpgone3d.com/) is a gaming website made for the gamers and modders out there. We host a large amount of textures, with an inventory of over 5000 textures for the purpose of pure modding and reskinning. The community can grab as many as they want - and is free to use them however they want. They can also share and upload their own textures.
TxpGone3D (http://www.txpgone3d.com/) also hosts over 200 tools and other assorted files for games and are adding more as they are discovered. We also host free models when they are submitted, as well as many tutorials. We hope to eventually be one of the biggest free texture sites out there for games.
I personally have roughly 6000+ more textures to upload but it will be awhile yet while I sort them into there respective categories. We are fairly new - only a year old - and are getting noticed slowly. With your support, we know we can get our name and site out to the gaming community.
