Help with host manager

Hello, i,ve have tried to get the respawn delay timer to work in the ingame server but i have had no luck, i have tried to find the host manager and still i cant find that eather, can some1 give me the link?

in your comanche4 directory on your disk there is a file called c4.cfg.

open it with any text editor (like notepad.exe) and you will see a section called //Multiplayer that looks something like below:

set the "timeout =" to the number of seconds you want to delay respawn. For example, in the above, it is set to 4 seconds. save the file, then run comanche 4.
