View Full Version : C4 ExP file names
Was looking through the pff files earlier and I noticed a few files that were not correct. It is four of the terrain tile sets. trntileBHD10 through trntileBHD13. There all listed as .tg files. I've run across the same problem with naming some maps. The program will only accept file names of 11 characters or less. Any extra characters will just be dropped off the end. Which leaves you with the .tg file extension. I also noticed two of the wac files with the same problem. They are Ocean_breeze and Mountaincamp. There both listed as .wa files. Will need to rename the map files that go along with the wac files also. All the rest of the file extension looked ok. Don't know how close the updated version is to being finished but I'll let yall know if I find any other problems.

Nice catch!
You can also drop most of the extra terrain tile files. If you compare the C4 tiles to the BHD tiles sets 1 through 10 are the same. Taking them out won't save much on the file size but it might cut down on the frustration level later having to look at the same tile sets again and again looking for the ones you want.
