How to get team mates to follow me

In DF2 how do I get team mates to follow me. The way I have it setup is that he gets too far a head of me and gets killed. I remember seeing an forum on it. just can't find it.

and my 2nd mission will require parachute drop. can any one make me a quick sample and email it to me @
