A Recon Soldier

Yea,
I have two problems.
My internet connection isn't working (this is on another PC)
It won't repair, if I click repair it says, "Failed query TCP/IP settings of the connection. Cannot proceed."
I can't disable it either. It just keeps staying, "Enabled"
I can't open the status.
The other problem is D drive.
It's not reading anything, the computer can't recognize it.
It has a white question mark on it surrounded by a red circle
I get this if I double click on it,
"D:/ refers to a location that is unavailible. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or a on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the internet, or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location."
Could all this be the work of a hacker? I found on another forum (research) that it could be static electricity... but I dont think so.
