Just got Delta Force: Xtreme today.
I was looking at the game and looked to see any changes in the MED.
I saw that some of the objects are listed, but don't show.
I'm assuming if I want everything to show, I have to re-install all the DF's.
The only things I have installed from Nova are: DF2, DFBHD, and recently DFX.
So I can't really add some of these objects unless, I install every DF?
I have them all (except DFBHD:TS) but I really dont want to take up room for games I'm probably not gonna play. I have actually not created a map, yet... But when I see the little picture on the side of the list I notice it's blank, and when you add it, it doesn't take shape of the object you added on the map. Is it just me? Help? :help:

P.S. Does this game come with a manual? I but the game at Wal-Mart (I'm not going all the way across town, just to go buy the same game at Best Buy, CompUSA, etc. guys!) And when I open it I just get a "Technical Support" pamplet, and the game. I open the game and nothing. Did those bastards steal the manual, or did it just not come with one?

It came with no manual and the editor has items that do not work at all even though the are listed. I'm not sure it matters what you have installed I don't think the stuff in the MED will show up anyway. Some of the items can be used in the game but their attributes do not work. Like one of the choppers, can't remember which one, it flys but the stingers do not fire as they do in Joint Ops.

If you get all the updates, some of the MED files are fixed. I just updated mine (2x)

So, what's exactly on the disc anyway, the earlier DF games? Might buy a copy but would like to know more about it and, if possible, would like to buy it cheap. Sheesh, a few minutes ago I just bought BHD:TS for less than $5 brand new and sealed. Any idea where I can find such a deal like that for the other? :D
