Which do you like ?

When playing JOE , which kind of action do you prefer , Sniper action , Close Quarter Battle action or Vehicle Combat action ? Also, do you prefer Custom maps , Stock maps , or a Mixture of Custom and Stock maps ? Personally , I prefer CQB action while i'm carrying as many med packs as possible :smokin.gif: And I gotta go with Custom maps.. :xyxwave.gif:

CQB are ok, wars w/ vehicles are funny as well. very nice sneaking up on a tank an give him a blast with two satchels :-D
a mixture of stock and custom maps is always fun for me.

:cowboy: beta tested JOE for 3 week's before i un installed the POS i became very discuraged after beta testn JO then did JOE. JO turned out not to bad untill they NL updated JO too JOE ver, i enjoyed JO very much but during the joe testn the sniper got nerfed, that was ok i guess i like tank's better anywho. but the tank's are just too arcadish for me and the apache and ka52 are nothing more then reskined little birds.now NL made BA tank game's armoured fist serie's and BA attack helo gm comanche serie's, trust me this gm is probably NL worst mistake to date. and DFX is comen soon wonder wonder give df1 the C4/BHD/JO/JOE bruned out game engine and see what happen's lmao no thx. ppl look at them dfx screen shot's closely dfx is a $20.00 joe update and i see it as nothing more then that :loser1: thats what NL is

Doorway, getting back to topic:
lately i played on a german server a tank battle, map name is '- TB:TankBattle1 -' server name is 'Tank Battle 1'.
server was more than full. i mean these large scale maps are working only with vehicles. on the other side 'Kutu Arms Market' could have some little bird, but does not need any tanks. 'Karo Highland' is mostly overcrowded with snipers (sniper rifle, AK47 or G3). 'Kendari Airport' usually does have lots of sniping tanks.
on some maps i only hunt tanks with satchels - very funny imaginating the dumb face of the gunner :lol: . on other maps i prefer running through a bunker with a knife. other maps i only fly my mates with a little bird from A to B, or do the medic.

IMO having too much snipers can destroy a played map, so the mapmaker must leave a way to kill them, same for vehicles and everything else.
if you want to make maps for us, it would be great if you could keep a eye on the balance.

Personally I enjoy the maps where theres spurts of tango's along a wide area of operation. Mountains, hills and trees with some scattered building here and there for cover. You know a map that you might have to travel a little and have little firefights along the way until you get to the main objective(s)... :cool2:

that would be 'Karo Highlands' on land or 'Laba-Laba Archipelago' on sea. 'Twin Islands' is also nice - a pure battle on air and sea. i did seldom see anything alse than a draw on 'Twin Island'.
