Sorry Zak, this Editor is made for Far Cry (http://www.farcry-thegame.com/uk/home.php)...lol. It is already finished. I just made the C4 terrain for a map in Far Cry.

If you made the terrain there, Is it possible to do anything else with it and still be able to use it in C4. The editor looks sweet. Would love to be able to use something even half as nice fore C4.

Its a proprietary format.. used exclusively for the game. I simply imported a quadrant of the depthmap to get the island drawn.

FYI, Avenger's Ultimate Download for C4 is on the way. If you have something specific you are looking for... now is the time to be asking.

It's a shame that someone couldn't convert the sandbox to do DF stuff.

I believe you have to buy FarCry.

FarCry is now only $20.00 at Wal-Mart. And yes, you need the game because the editor runs off the same engine - allowing 'real-time' editing.

There might be a mistake... I Want to make tarrains for Joint Operation and thought that "CryTek's Editor" Should be a help.
