Hey guys I got a problem thats really starting to get to me. My map editor gives me an error and shuts down when ever I try to access the properties of items. :puzzled: I have reinstalled windows(3 times now) on 2 seperate machines. Have downloaded and installed all current updates(DX9c, Windows critical updates, NET Framework). This has been going on for a while now and I'm at a loss. The really strange thing is that I installed Windows on a friends PC, updated it the same as mine and I dont have a problem. I am running a P4 3.2 CPU, Intel 865PERL motherboard, 1 gig PC3200 Patriot ram CAS 2.5, ATI 9800XT video, had a WD 120 gig HD but now running Maxtor HD(same problem both HDs), Windows XP Pro OS.
I can some times access the properties 1 or 2 times but then I get a message saying C4MED has encountered an error and is shutting down. I copied the temp file that is included in the report to Microslop and am including it also. Any help would be welcome. The only other solution I can think of is maybe using a large hammer and beating the problem out. :smash.gif:

I had a problem like that at one time but I think all it had to do with was either the video driver or the resolution - can't remember. have you redownloaded the c4med6 to see if maybe it was corrupted ? sorry can't be more helpful
