I'm working on a DF2 coop map. I have a riverboat that follows a looping waypoint list up and down the river. I want to put enemy troops on the boat and make them stay on it as it patrolls the river.
First I tried inserting an enemy ai on the boat and giving him the guard attribute,but he always ends up in the water.
Next I tried inserting the enemy ai on the boat and assigning him a looping waypoint list to follow with the waypoints being inserted on the boat. I set up an event with no trigger (so it would begin when the game starts ) and the action being that the enemy ai would be directed to his waypoint list.
When I play the game I find that the man is in the water again! and the boat is patrolling, but with no rider.
I am stumped as to how to make him stay on the boat. Am I trying to do something that cant be done?
