It is with deep regret that both the staff here and myself have taken the decision to close down this network supporting Novalogic games.

To keep a community website busy takes a lot of hard work. Many of you will have noticed that we have not been updating the websites over the last few months with the passion we once had. As a result the website is not as busy as it used to be. Many will blame the likes of Novaworld for this decline with the community in general but although Novaworld has not helped matters we still believe a community website can remain busy with a lot of hard work and dedication. DFMax for instance had been through many community slowdowns before but we survived because we kept at it and continually provided visitors with scoops and interesting news items. Yes some of those news items may have been contentious at the time but this was an intentional strategy that allowed us to offer something just a little different from everyone else. However our own dedication for Novalogic products has now unfortunately left all of us here who work on the sites. Most of us our no longer playing Novalogic products at all hence the decline. It is hard keeping passion alive when you no longer play any products.

As a result we are left with two choices. We can either let the websites die a slow lingering death or we can gently put them to sleep ourselves. We have now reached the decision that it is better to put them to sleep.

I've known Kinnes for a long time he's always spoke his mind and stuck up for the small guy, as he did with us all those years ago when we ran Tom Jones.

Sorry to see DFMax close kinnes, out of all the websites out there yours is a icon and I’m sure many will agree with me. Kind Regards Chad

Kinnes isn't just 'whining'. He stood his ground - on and off the forums.
